We want you to be completely satisfied with your Micro Scooters purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for all items in their original, unused condition. Whether you need a different color or a different model, our streamlined process ensures your sports gear gets sorted quickly.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the scooter and any accessories in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your box, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
